After overcoming her own health challenges and having specialized in Women's Health for over 20 years, Melissa has dedicated her practice to helping women improve their lives through hormonal balance. She has advanced education in hormone replacement therapy. She holds certificates in low carb, high fat (LCHF) /Ketogenic Nutrition & Treatment through The Noakes Foundation and bioidentical hormone replacement through BioTE Medical. She focuses on creating individualized therapies tailored to treat the underlying causes of imbalances and empowering women to reclaim their vitality.
Melissa is originally from the Adirondack Mountains of Upstate New York. She is a Navy Nurse Corps veteran and has lived in many different locations. She and her husband recently relocated to Midcoast Maine from Michigan, where they have felt very welcomed. She has a great love of animals and her free time is spent taking care of her horses, cat, and dog.
